The location is awesome. Close to everything
My bed was horrible. Every time I moved the bed creaked loudly. Even woke me up once. The bed my friend had was good. I thought it might break at one point.
The staff and accommodations were excellent!! Really enjoyed our stay
The only complaint that I have would be the service in the restaurant. We were in and out of meetings for two days. Quite often we would order our meals and barely have time to eat and get back to our next meeting. Not sure why the kitchen is so slow, but felt bad for the staff out front that had to deal with the unhappy customers that were waiting
Location was good
Lots of add on costs over and above what the posted price was on Booked.net. I booked this hotel for my daughter and her partner as a gift and was disappointed to hear of the suboptimal service. I was also disappointed with my interaction with Marriott when I tried to sort out paying in advance with my credit card ... the hotel would not accept my card.. and my family ended up having to pay themselves... very embarrassing for me - I was told if I wanted to pay, I had to come to the hotel myself?! I would not recommend this hotel.
was close to our dinner
parkade next to us where we parked smelled of urine on the park lot!
windows were filthy, and paid for parking should be explained at time of booking
The decor was warm and comforting and the view from the terrace was stunning.
Paid $30 for valet service. Our vehicle was parked in a near by parking lot as it was too big to fit underground. In the morning when we were leaving it was raining and we asked the front desk staff to have the valet bring our car to the front. We were told that it was parked on the right only to find that it was where it was parked the night before and had to walk with our bags through a muddy parking lot. Waste of $30. Added suggestion that some of the King suites should face the river instead of the street.
Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check in and out
There is no outside parking for a decent price. You are forced to use the valet parking
Room and service was very good.
Paid extra for a river view but obstructed by a tree. $30 a day for parking
Huge room, comfy beds, huge bathroom.
Expensive parking, 1 of the elevators wasn't working, no bathtub just shower.
The rooms were very large and I loved the many windows.
I had an excellent at your hotel and I would definitely recommend it.
The patio was awesome and valet parking was a great deal
They could have included breakfast for the price like at other locations
Great views great price
The restaurant and brunch could be better. Food wasn't good
Great location at a great price. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent views.
I liked the lounge and staff there
